Regular Prescription Services:

• Prescription services are very much at the heart of what we offer.This includes filling regular prescriptions, requesting refills and remind patients when they become due for refills.

Medication reviews/MedsCheck:​

• Our pharmacists are available to meet discuss your medicines and any concerns you may have. During a MedsCheck, pharmacists help patients understand drugs, strengths, adverse effects, and instructions for use, and ensure that patients are taking their medications as their doctor has directed. ​

• As part of this service, pharmacists provide patients with an accurate and complete medication list, which they may keep and take to their next physician or hospital visit, or use when travelling. 

• Ask our staff member if you qualify for it!!

Transferring Prescriptions:

• Transferring your prescriptions to Urban Care Pharmacy is very easy. Simply call the pharmacy, provide the information listed below, and our staff will take care of the rest to ensure a smooth transition. 

  • Your name and telephone number

  • Name and phone number of the transferring pharmacy

  • The names or prescription numbers of the prescriptions you want transferred

 Blister/Compliance Package Service:

• Our compliance blister packaging  service is available in weekly, biweekly and monthly formats. Our blister packs can accommodate four dosage times each day. Furthermore, we are able to add any over-the-counter medications you may be taking to your blister pack and offer complimentary delivery to ensure you never miss a dose! And we do not charge extra for this service..!!

Free Local Prescription Delivery:

• We offer FREE local prescription delivery on all prescription items/orders ​

Drug Plans:

• We accept all major private drug plan and we are set up with online claim submission for prescription items.
